One of the numerous guilds in Fiore. The councilmen are like governors. They've almost given up on their monster slaying and instead rule the land from the shadows.

Regarded as one of the most powerful guilds in all of Fiore, Phantom Lord is also the most wicked. While they're not a dark guild, Phantom Lord is certainly one guild that you don't want to mess with.

The infamous guild Fairy Tail. Known for their rambunctious ways and heavy collateral damage, they are hated by the council and loved by the public.

The youngsters guild. A guild that tends to be made up of younger people who go on to bigger and better things later in life, everyone has fun and parties like a fraternity here!

A temperate area near the forest where are lot of the members of Fairy Tail and many of the less traditional Elves live. There's almost no crime, though you-know-who causes lots of destruction on local missions.

A small town in Locust Spring along the railroad tracks. This is where the regular meeting of the Guild Masters takes place.

A pre-guild so to speak. Many members are still children. They learn team skills here, then go onto other more powerful guilds- not to say that Blue Peg can't hold their own.
